Spidanest™ provides automated, pattern-based risk signaling for informational and educational purposes only. Its output is a probabilistic assessment — not a verdict, guarantee, legal opinion, financial advice, or professional cybersecurity audit. A low score does not certify that content is safe, and a high score does not conclusively prove that content is fraudulent.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Threat detection is inherently imperfect. Our engine may produce false positives (flagging legitimate content) and false negatives (missing genuine threats). Scam tactics evolve constantly, and no automated system can detect every threat. Spidanest makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis.
Use Your Own Judgment
Always exercise independent judgment. Do not treat a Spidanest result as the sole basis for any decision involving money, credentials, personal data, or legal matters. When in doubt, verify through official channels, and consult qualified security, legal, or financial professionals as appropriate. If you believe you have been targeted or defrauded, report it to your local authorities and, in the U.S., to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
AI & Third-Party Data
Analysis incorporates artificial-intelligence models and third-party threat intelligence, including Google Safe Browsing. AI-generated assessments may contain errors or omissions. Third-party data is used under the respective providers’ terms; Spidanest is not responsible for the accuracy of data supplied by external services and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand, company, or agency referenced during analysis.
Privacy & Content You Submit
Content you submit for scanning may be processed by our detection engine and trusted third-party AI providers solely to perform the analysis, and a limited record of scans may be retained to operate and improve the service. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for the content you upload.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spidanest and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or reliance on, this service or its results. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
